Why my students are thriving

Women remembering and embodying their true essence  

Self-mastery is an aspiration that I can truthfully say that all my students are invested in

I want to celebrate their success because the last 12 months have been a steep growth journey for us all

What I have witnessed is women deeply devoted to their personal growth and with that they stay at their edge, not falling back into the comfortable space of stagnation but actively looking for ways to keep expanding

They…  
Ask the big questions
Answer the uncomfortable questions
Challenge their bodies with new ways of moving (intuitively and through building strength, balance and flexibility)
Eat well
Sleep well
Play well
They move with their cycle and listen deeply to the wisdom of their bodies
They practice being present and work on their energy which makes them magnetic people to be around 

And some days we fall off the wagon and we need a reminder; a gentle nudge to reach for our tools and dial up self compassion. Abide in your true essence is a container of remembrance underpinned by an overarching intention of the women in it to abide in our hearts and extend that frequency in service to something greater than ourselves

The women in this field of energy are rising
Their creativity and visions are expanding
Their soul work is deepening

There are days that I finish sessions and I have an inner smile that fills me up. That session doesn’t always look like a women stepping in her dharma. Such a rich session is often a women breaking down in order to break through - that's where the light get in!
 
My role is to hold the safe and deep space for this growth to occur through the messy, the death & rebirth To champion every stage of the journey and importantly embodying all the qualities myself

If I could summaries what we are doing I’d say we are ‘rising into our most truthful and unique expressions’


What I know for sure is that each women that I work with spreads their wisdom with their family, friends, children and partners. The ripple effect that the work we do together has, we will never known. But it’s the most important work we could be doing in service to humanity right now!  
 
I wouldn’t change the role that life has gifted me to hold the container for these incredible women. I count my blessings daily
