What Happens When You Say Yes to Yourself

There's a particular kind of woman reading this right now.

She's built a life that looks good from the outside. She's capable. She's accomplished. She's held it together through challenges that would have broken others. And yet—in the quiet moments, when the busyness fades and the masks come off—she hears a whisper.

There's more.

Maybe she pushes it down. Maybe she tells herself she should be grateful for what she has. Maybe she's become very, very good at ignoring the ache.

But it doesn't go away.

Because what she's feeling isn't dissatisfaction. It's recognition. A remembering that she came here for something more than safety. More than comfort. More than surviving.

She came here to thrive.

The Cost of Waiting

This is what I know intimately ...
I put off the work for years. I told myself I had plenty of time. That I'd get to it eventually. That I needed to sort out the external things first—the career, the relationships, the life that looked right from the outside.

And here's what I didn't understand: waiting wasn't neutral. It was costing me years.

Years of running the same patterns. Years of dimming myself to keep others comfortable. Years of surviving when I could have been thriving. The work I eventually did—the descent, the feeling, the purging, the rebirth—changed everything. And when I emerged on the other side, the thought that kept surfacing was simple: I wish I hadn't waited so long.

Not because the work was easy. But because the life waiting on the other side was so much more than I had allowed myself to imagine. And I couldn't see it until I stopped waiting and started saying yes.

So if you're sitting on the fence, if you're telling yourself not yet, soon, when things settle down—please hear me when I say: patience can be a form of self-abandonment. The time will pass anyway. The question is whether you'll spend it becoming, or stay exactly where you are.

What Saying Yes Looks Like

Two women from our circle—Helen and Claire—have courageously allowed mm to share their stories. I'm sharing them with you not because they're polished success stories, but because they are real. They are evidence of what happens when a woman says yes to herself.

Helen

Helen had already made a courageous decision. She was navigating the sale of her own business after years of corporate success,  while training to become a compassionate leadership trainer, meanwhile doing the self enquiry work. She was moving from "always on" to mastering the art of slowing down—and yet still fuelling her Aries fire. She walks with three dogs, has planted 18 trees in the dream home she manifested, and is navigating the initiation into her next phase.

This is the art of death and rebirth, lived out loud. Helen has gifted herself something rare: space. Space to let go. Space to feel. Space to know herself and what truly lights her up—not just intellectually, but somatically. She is embodying a new life that is free.

And perhaps the most remarkable part? Her newfound capacity to be in the unknown. No plan. Just trust in what is coming. For a woman who once ran on certainty and control, that is nothing short of rebirth.

Claire

Claire is an embodied creative. Years of devotional practice have shaped her, but she was still holding onto a fear that would have kept her in a Taurus comfort zone—safe, familiar, but small. She let it go. She expanded her business to represent her true passion. And then she did it again, upgrading it a second time. Now she is immersing herself in a yoga training path to enrich her creative offerings even further.

This is what happens when a woman stops choosing safety over truth. The fear doesn't disappear, but it no longer calls the shots. Claire chose expansion. She chose to grow. And her business, her practice, her life are all reflecting that choice back to her.

What They Both Discovered

Both Helen and Claire were outside their comfort zones. Not once, but repeatedly. They will tell you it wasn't easy. The work asked them to feel what they'd been avoiding. To look at the patterns that had kept them small. To sit in the discomfort of not knowing exactly what would unfold.

But here's what they also discovered: on the other side of that discomfort, they are approaching life's challenges with more grace. More presence. More of their essence in the driving seat—not the old protective patterns, not the fear, not the conditioning. Their authentic selves, finally at the wheel.

This is what happens when a woman says yes to herself. Not that life becomes easy. But that she becomes more fully herself within it. And from that place, everything shifts.

The Ripple Effect

The ripple is real. Their children learn from what they model. Their relationships deepen. Their clients receive from a fuller cup. When a woman does this work, she doesn't just transform her own life—she changes the frequency of everyone she touches.

Why I'm Sharing This

Both of these women have had the courage to say yes to the path of feminine alchemy and the true essence path culminating with  Rebirth Your True Essence. They did not know exactly what would unfold. They did not have guarantees. They simply said yes to themselves.

And I have had the absolute joy of witnessing their emergence. This is the best job in the world—watching women unfold into who they were always meant to be.

What Saying Yes Ha
s Meant for Me

I have personally invested more in my own growth in the last two months than I ever have before.

I feel inspired by the women I hold space for. I see the fruits of the investment—in them, and in myself. And I know, deeply, that this is what we are here for. The most ecstatic journey. One that makes life so full and so interesting.

Knowing thyself.

Because when you know yourself, everyone you know gets to benefit from it. Your family. Your friends. Your clients. Your community. Your world.

The Courage to Say Yes

Saying yes to yourself is not easy. It requires courage. The kind of courage that doesn't wait for certainty. The kind that feels the fear and walks forward anyway. The kind that says: I don't know exactly what will happen, but I know I can't stay here.

If you've been sitting on the fence—if you've been watching from the edges, feeling the pull but holding back—let Helen and Claire's stories remind you of your own courage. They were once exactly where you are now. Wondering. Waiting. Feeling the whisper.

And they chose to listen.

Here is the question to sit with:

What still hasn't changed?

Where are you still stuck in the same loop?

Where do you keep having the same reaction, the same fear, the same relationship dynamic, the same hesitation, the same block—even though you've worked on it?

Where do you know better… but somehow keep doing the same damn thing?

You can understand a pattern and still be inside it.

You can know where it came from and still react from it.

You can journal about it. Talk about it. Analyse it. Name it.

And still not be free of it.

But there's another possibility too:

What if you don't even know what's holding you back?

You may know the symptom without knowing what's underneath it.

Why do I keep holding back here?
Why does this scare me so much?

Why do I keep choosing this?
Why can't I seem to move past this one thing?

Sometimes there's an answer available through reflection.

And sometimes—often—you have to go somewhere deeper to find it.

That deeper place is what we enter in Rebirth Your True Essence. It is the journey beneath the symptom, beneath the story, beneath the understanding. It is where the patterns finally begin to loosen—not because you thought your way out of them, but because you met them at the root.

Ask yourself: What would saying yes to myself look like right now?
