Navigating the collective horror

I am writing to you today not from a place of detached wisdom, but from the same trembling heart that I know many of you hold. To witness the relentless cycles of violence, injustice, and profound suffering unfolding in our collective reality is to feel a cascade of emotions: gut-wrenching grief, boiling rage, paralysing fear, and a deep, aching helplessness.

It can feel like the world is breaking. And in many ways, it is. An old architecture—built on separation, domination, and trauma—is convulsing in its final stages.

In times like these, the spiritual path can feel absurd. How do we speak of “awakening” or “love” in the face of such horror?

We start by not bypassing it.

We start by coming all the way back into our bodies, because leaving them—through dissociation, numbing, or frantic distraction—is not an option. Our felt, grounded presence is the most basic, revolutionary act we can offer.

The Foundation. The Basics Are Everything.

When the world spins into chaos, the most advanced practice is the simplest one. It is the unwavering return to the bedrock of your being:

The Slow, Long Breath. Consciously drawing breath all the way down to your pelvis. This is not to escape the pain, but to anchor yourself within it, so you do not become swept away. Your breath is your lifeline to the present moment.
The Deliberate Movement. Yoga, walking, shaking—anything that reminds your nervous system it has a container and can move energy through it. Grief and fear get trapped when we freeze. Movement allows the tide to flow through.
The Silent Sit. Meditation is not about achieving peace while ignoring reality. It is the courageous act of sitting with the storm of feelings inside you—the sorrow for the world, the personal memories it triggers—and learning to let them be there without being destroyed by them. It is training to be a compassionate witness.

These are not small things. They are the practices that root us in our humanity when inhumanity screams from the headlines. They are how we stay sane, soft, and connected to our own moral compass.

And for those who hear a deeper call within this collective awakening…

For some, this profound collective pain becomes a stark, undeniable catalyst. It illuminates the places within us that are still at war—the inner oppression, the unseen violence we enact on ourselves, the grief for our own lost years or silenced voices.

The horror out there can force us to finally confront the hidden fractures inside

If you are feeling this—if the collective unraveling is mirroring a personal one, and you know in your bones that navigating this new world requires a whole new self—then the basics, while essential, are the prelude.

This is the call to the deeper rebirth.

The Sacred Ache: An Invitation to Descend, So You Can Truly Rise

A restlessness beneath the surface of your seemingly “fine” life. A whisper that speaks of a forgotten timeline, a version of you that is more vibrant, more free, more real. You know you’re meant for a life of passion and purpose, yet you find yourself moving through the same-old rhythms, feeling a quiet boredom with the familiar scripts of your days.

Perhaps you’re grieving—for relationships that have dissolved, for versions of yourself you’ve outgrown, for a world that feels like it’s ending, or for years that slipped by while you were busy building a life that now feels like a suit that no longer fits.

You see the patterns—the same arguments, the same self-sabotage, the same longing—replaying like a loop you can’t escape. You’re done with them. You sense your old identity crumbling, and a surprising part of you doesn’t want to resist it anymore. You feel called to something ancient and new, a Golden Age timeline, and you have the daring thought: I want to live it now.

This, beloved woman, is not a sign that you are broken.

This is the call.

It is the sacred ache of the Heroine sensing her journey is at hand. It is the soul’s signal that you are ready to stop outsourcing your authority and become the sovereign leader of your own life. This ache is the threshold.

The Path Before You: Not Up, but

Our culture tells us to transcend, to stay positive, to rise above. But the feminine path to true power is different. It is a descent. It is a willing journey into the fertile dark, into the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to fear, hide, or fix.

This is the path of Inanna, the ancient Sumerian Queen of Heaven and Earth, who chose to descend into the underworld to meet her shadow sister, Ereshkigal. At each of seven gates, she surrendered a piece of her royal regalia—her crown, her jewels, her robes—until she stood naked and bowed. She was struck down, hung on a hook. Only through this complete dissolution could she be revived and return, reborn, to her throne, wiser and more whole than before.

Your boredom, your grief, your repeating patterns—these are your gates. They are not mistakes. They are sacred portals, asking you to shed what no longer serves your true essence.

This journey does not require you to wander blindly. You are being given a map and a toolkit.

The Map of Consciousness (David Hawkins): Imagine having a compassionate guide that helps you understand your emotional landscape not as a mess, but as a purposeful terrain. Shame, grief, fear—these are not “bad.” They are contractions, necessary layers of the underworld you move through on your way to courage, acceptance, and love.
The Tool: The Art of Letting Go: This is the practical magic. It’s the learned skill of welcoming what you feel—the rage, the sadness, the old ache—without being consumed by it. It is feeling the sensation in your body, letting it peak, and allowing it to pass through you. This is Emotional Alchemy: turning the lead of stored pain into the gold of wisdom.
The Ultimate Homecoming: Your Inner Child (Your Ereshkigal): At the bottom of the well, you don’t find a monster. You find a forgotten part of yourself—the one who learned to hide, to please, to armour up. This journey leads you to her throne room, not to battle her, but to finally witness her with fierce, loving presence. This reunion is the heart of your rebirth.

This is not a course about adding more to your already-full plate. It is a process of conscious completion.

It is time to let the architecture of the past dissolve:
The old identities that feel like costumes
The past timelines you keep reliving
The fear-based futures your mind constructs
The grief you’ve carried for far too long
The collective programming that whispers “not enough”

From this sacred ground of release, your True Essence is reborn. You don’t just think differently; you embody differently.

What Awaits on the Other Side of the Descent?

Health: A nervous system that can weather storms without unraveling. A body that releases long-held tension as emotional weight is gently laid down.
Clarity: Decisions made from deep inner truth, not fear or old conditioning. The mental fog lifts.
Relationships: Connections built from wholeness, not need. Boundaries that are loving and clear.
Purpose: A life that feels like your own. The courage to live the Golden Age timeline now, in your choices, your voice, your sacred work

I have walked this descent. My own underworld journey—a profound initiation through plant medicine, loss, and deep reclamation—birthed the woman and the guide I am today. I created Rebirth Your True Essence: An 8-Week Heroine’s Descent & Ascent to be the sacred container I needed then—a space of fierce love, mythic maps, and practical tools.

This is for the woman who is done skimming the surface. Who is thirsty for depth. Who is ready to cultivate the deepest intimacy with herself so she can lead her life, love her people, and offer her gifts from a place of unshakable sovereignty.

If the whisper has become a call you can no longer ignore, I invite you to listen.

Your descent is your dignity. Your surrender is your strength. Your rebirth is your birthright.

This call is about doing the work so you can show up to the world not as a burned-out empath, but as a grounded, clear, and resilient vessel. A woman who has faced her own darkness and can therefore stand steady in the collective shadow without losing her light

The Invitation:

1 Today, just breathe. Be gentle. Turn off the news and feel your feet on the ground. That is enough.
2 If you are being called to turn this collective pain into the fuel for your personal evolution, I invite you to explore this path with me

We cannot stop the waves of collective fate, but we can learn to become the steady, compassionate, and reborn consciousness that navigates them—and ultimately, helps birth what comes after.

With unwavering belief in our capacity to feel, heal, and transform,
