If 2025 felt like a year that broke you open, you are not alone. It was a year that deeply humbled me, cracking the old vessel I had built. In the moment, that brokenness can feel like weakness—a softening we didn't ask for. But I've come to understand this is the most potent place to be. It is the secret gateway where humility meets true power.
When the old form cracks, it’s not to destroy us, but to make space. Strength can now be built from the inside out, from a deeper, more authentic foundation. This is the birthing ground of a new kind of power—one that holds the dynamic balance of freedom and sovereignty, while surrendering to the wisdom of the heart.
The Queen's Invitation: Personal Sovereignty
This month, within the feminine alchemy container I co-facilitate with my soul sister Sarah, we are embodying the Queen Archetype. We’ve cycled through these archetypal energies many times, yet each return offers a profound new layer of understanding.

This entire journey has led me back to the sacred place where all healing magic happens: my Inner Child. In moments of expansion and uncertainty, one mantra has been my anchor, and I offer it to you:
“I’m here. I’m not going anywhere.”
This is the ultimate act of sovereignty—showing up for ourselves with absolute presence and compassion. It is from this sanctuary that we can meet ourselves with the depth and intimacy required for true rebirth.
The 2026 Energy: A Cosmic Call to Self-Focus
As we step into 2026, the cosmos amplifies this call. With many planets moving into the bold, initiating sign of Aries, the universe is inviting a powerful Self-Focus.
This is not selfishness. It is the most important work we can do to serve humanity. Our own inner healing, our own sovereign rebirth, becomes the light we then naturally offer to the world. The Aries fire asks us to courageously put ourselves at the center of our own narrative and begin anew. This year self focus is not a luxury its mandatory if we want expand with the energy rather than contracting within it.
