The Red Tent: Returning Us to the Organic Frequency
The body has its own frequency.
Its own rhythm. Its own ancient knowing.
It remembers the turning of the seasons. The pull of the moon. The slow, deep hum of the earth beneath your feet. It remembers what the noise has tried to make you forget.
But the world runs on a synthetic frequency — the scroll, the rush, the constant demand to produce, perform, and pour yourself out without ever refilling. It tells you that your softness is weakness. That your feeling is too much. That your body is something to override, not to honour.
The truth is the opposite.
Your body is not the problem. It is the portal.
Every Red Tent gathering is a return. To the organic frequency. To the rhythm that was always yours. To the soft strength of the feminine — the balance our world is aching for.
And this matters, because if you're a woman who wants to create something new — something true, something that carries the pure essence of the feminine — then you need to know what stands in the way.
Big Ideas Bring Up Big Shadow
I've noticed that moving towards something we really desire can bring up some pretty gnarly shadow work.
We get the idea. We feel excited about what's possible. Then we come face to face with all the stuff inside us that doesn't feel safe actually doing it.
And it can be really easy to get stuck there, wondering what the hell is wrong with us.
Here's what I've come to understand: our work isn't to chase things hard enough — something our masculine conditioning has taught us. Our work is to become increasingly coherent with the level of consciousness from which that reality is already natural.
This is a whole new way of creating. It involves meeting our shadow, integrating it, and becoming a match to the way of being that aligns with the creation we want to birth.
The field of creation is intricately connected with desire. When we are in touch with what lights us up, we tap into the creatrix energy. But connecting with desire is blocked by shadow — beliefs, shame, who am I to deserve.
In one of the containers I hold, we have explored desire repeatedly. And it's one that illuminates a lot.
A Question for Your Body
Bring one desire to mind for a moment — especially the one that has been with you for long enough that you can feel some charge around the fact that it still has not fully arrived.
Let yourself see the version of you and your life where it is REAL.
Then, rather than asking whether you believe you can have it, ask your body a slightly different question:
What would change very quickly if this arrived?
Would you become more visible?
Would other people relate to you differently?
Would you need to hold more money, responsibility, pleasure, attention or uncertainty?
Would an old role, identity, relationship have to fall away?
Would you finally have something you have spent years wanting — now without the familiar experience of striving towards it?
As you ask, notice what happens beneath the thoughts.
Notice whether your breath changes. Whether your chest opens or tightens. Whether you feel excitement, grief, expansion, heat, resistance — or the immediate desire to make the vision smaller.
These responses are information. They tell you about the amount of change your system associates with receiving it, and about the identity — the light — your body is currently capable of holding.
What Is Normal, Anyway?
How much of what we believe is possible for our lives is simply what we have been conditioned to accept as normal?
Normal amounts of money.
Normal relationships.
Normal bodies.
Normal careers.
Normal levels of success.
Normal ways of using our time.
Normal ideas about what someone like us gets to have, become and create.
We are constantly immersed in other people's beliefs, expectations, behaviours and limitations. And there is an incredibly powerful pull towards whatever has collectively been established as normal.
At some point, if we want to create a different reality, we have to do the healing work that allows us to be empowered to step outside of it.
Becoming intimate with our true essence desire, and learning to become a match to it — this is what's coming in my new container: Inhabit Your True Essence, arriving in 2027.
Where to Begin
And the Red Tent is a way you can begin this work now.
It's held on the Saturday closest to the new moon — a beautiful way to step into this work within a safe container of sisterhood.
Because before we can create something new, we have to return to the organic frequency. We have to come home to the body. We have to meet the shadow that's been standing between us and our desire.
The portal is open. The circle is waiting.
The next Red Tent Gathering is November 7th — closest to the new moon in Scorpio, just after Venus rises from the underworld. A potent time to work with death and rebirth. Because we are always dying to become lighter.
Details in the link below. We gather from 11am-1pm. I'd love to see you there.
With love,
Louise
