Holding and Being Held The Undoing Is Our Becoming

"Trees need wind to create roots. We need contrast to cultivate internal strength."

Blessings on this Jupiter Venus peak conjunction - may you magnify your heart's desire

I am holding a deep container for women who have said yes to creating enough softening within themselves—enough nervous system flexibility—to witness their shadow and bring compassion to the parts that have been keeping them safe but small.

We are mapping this journey with the Hawkins Scale—a map of the energetic frequency that each emotional state holds.

Courage sits at 200 on this scale. It's the pivotal threshold where we move from contraction into expansion, from victim consciousness into empowerment. Below courage, the frequencies drain life force—shame, guilt, fear, anger. But at courage, something shifts. It's not the absence of fear; it's the willingness to feel it and move anyway. Courage is the gateway. It's the frequency where we say "I can face this. I can feel this. I am willing." And from that willingness, everything else becomes possible. This is the stage where the journey truly begins.

For the Woman on the Fence

I see you. You read these messages and something stirs, but a voice whispers "This sounds beautiful, but it's not for me." Maybe it says you're not ready. Maybe it says you should be able to figure this out alone. Maybe it says this kind of depth is for other women—the ones who have more time, more money, less mess.

I know that voice. I've heard it too.

So let me be honest about what this path has actually required of me, so you know I'm not speaking from theory.

My Own Unfolding

Our inner healing is always a work in progress. Whenever I hold a container—whether that be any part of the True Essence path or a Feminine Alchemy container—I am always initiated into a deeper layer of my own shadow. Each time, my own roots of trust deepen. The denser and more raw the emotions I allow myself to experience, the more trust I anchor in.

I have invested significant amounts of time and financial resources into my own unfolding. The most powerful journey has been accessing my feminine energy after years of being in the masculine and learning how to bring these two energies into beautiful inner marriage. I am currently working with a homeopath, a craniosacral therapist, an intimacy coach, and doing parts work—alongside my ongoing obsession with astrology and the Gene Keys and shamanic healing.

But the biggest teacher of all has been life itself. Perpetually inviting me to let go. To stop clinging to the beliefs and identities that felt safe but small. In the space of letting go, nothing clear emerges at first—there is the void, the emptiness that requires the deepest trust. In this space we have to learn to really feel everything, including the feelings that have been held inside for decades. Then the path opens up. We find ourselves on our highest timeline and flow begins to happen. Then life invites us again—but this time we have the trust to know we've got this. We know how to feel what needs to be felt. We trust that the undoing is our becoming.

Held and Holding

Along this journey I have been blessed with best friends who are wise teachers and healers. My students are often my greatest teachers too—many of them are evolving into unique medicine women, weaving their own medicine into their lives. It's beautiful to witness and to learn from. I am continually inspired.

So yes—I know what it is to be held, to hold myself, and to hold the container. It's a powerful and empowering process. It requires deep self-trust and trust in something bigger than me.

I don't hold these containers because I've arrived. I hold them because I'm in it too—and I know the map well enough now to walk it alongside you.

Your Invitation

If you feel called to begin your journey, the True Essence Path commences in September with Embrace Your True Essence—a 4-week container.

If you've been on your journey for a while—if you've healed parts of you that once held you back and now life is showing you that something is ready to emerge, but you know it lies beneath something uncomfortable you haven't been able to fully face—then Rebirth Your True Essence begins in October. It's a container designed to support you in being with the uncomfortable places. Because that's where your own essence lives.

If you want to be part of this journey, book a call. I'd love to speak with you.
